Watercolor Sketchbook with Magnetic Closure

This handmade book is from a coptic binding class I took at the San Francisco Center for the book, called Watercolor Sketchbook with Magnetic Closure. It was a wonderful bookbinding class, as usual. We watercolored the covers and then kept them from damage by covering them with beeswax. I love how the deckeled edges and exposed binding looks with the heavy watercolor paper. I can't wait to draw in this little sketchbook! The fore-edge is about 5" long to give you an idea of the scale.
