This weekend Mandy, my former studio-mate, current roommate, and fellow art major, and I started working at UBS. My corner was among the grimiest, between flooding and cement mixing that's been going on around it.
My house paint had froze in Mandy's car, and I probably should have spackled or something, but instead I started painting my walls. Here I am on some scaffolding, taking care of business.
It may be hard to tell from this picture, but even my half-painted and taped-up walls are a huge and cozy improvement over the mud-spattered, nail-and-staple-filled void I walked into on Saturday.

Looks like it's comming along fine. With all of the money Bard charges for tuition, you would think they could design a new building on campus for these occasions. Oh well.
